System Administrator & Network Support (Working in Cyber Jaya)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure system and database performance is properly tuned and meets MCI/VISA, customers and internal user’s requirements for 24 X 7 system uptime.
• Provide system and database status report.
• Maintaining system software and hardware resources.
• Trouble shooting and resolve technical issues
• Installation and Maintaining all systems and network configuration (Unix, Windows, PC, Email servers, Routers, Switches, Gateway, Data cabling, patching and etc)
• Program migration change control.
• Database change management.
• LAN/WAN design and operations
• Network and Systems Management

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or any IT related field.
• At least 2 years experience in system administration and network
• Experience in Windows, Unix, Oracle, DB2, Routers and etc will be added advantage.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal/written)
• Able to work under pressure, independently and produce quality result with tight schedule deadline
• High level of integrity

SOFTWARE ENGINEERS/ANALYST

Responsibilities:

• Participate as part of the team in application development life cycle
• The Candidate is required to develop and support in-house products.
• Produce technical documentation.
• Provide effective maintenance and support services to the clients using in-house products.
• Be highly responsive to the dynamic nature of the Company’s business environment and possess ability to respond promptly against any critical issues relating to the Company’s supported systems at all times.
• To research on new technologies to create more innovative products

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science or IT Diploma or equivalent in experience
• Fresh IT graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Exposure in Banking application and e-payment system is an advantage
• Candidates will be deployed to develop and enhance Credit Card Management Solution, Cheque Truncation Solution, Trade Finance solution and Regulatory Compliances solution for Banking and Securities industry
• Experience or exposure in Java (J2SE/J2EE) and C programming is preferable
• Willing to be stationed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or oversea when required
• Fluent in English is a must

SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS (Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) – Contract based

 QA Analyst
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project/QA Manager to implement quality management processes for software products/services.
• Perform testing for web-based and non web-based systems.
• Conduct training on in-house products to client.
• Generate test plan, test cases/scripts, software user guides and other project related documentations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Excellent command of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Exposure in Banking/Financial System is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of testing methodology and principles is required.
• Familiar with any automated software testing tools would be an added advantageous.
• Good documentation skill.
• Moderate travelling is expected.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh IT graduates will also be considered.
