Experts have stated that the existence of mobile device had been essential to human lives, one of them to play video games which open possibilities for social interactions. Real Time Strategy Games especially were able to improve player’s cognitive abilities. In order to entertain, teaches resource management and problem solving, and promotes competitiveness and sportsmanship to the players, a Real Time Strategy mobile game for the Android platform was developed. Utilizing the Extreme Programming method, Papalou was developed and had successfully became a game that was able to become a healthy entertainment, teaches resource management and problem solving skills, and could be enjoyed responsibly.
