ANALISIS DAN OPTIMALISASI QUALITY OF SERVICE (QOS) PADA PT. UTOZ INDONESIA

The goal of research is to optimize and analyze Quality of Service (QoS) in PT. Utoz Indonesia company’s network by using Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method. Analysis was done by capturing packets data in the network using wireshark. From the capture’s result, QoS parameters like delay, jitter, packet loss and throughput can be attain. Those parameters can be use to know the reason why company internet speed often getting down. The result of implement bandwidth management indicates that priority user can monitor server at ease and company’s network also become more optimal.
