Double-Blind Review Process
ICCSCI 2026 applies a rigorous double-blind review process to ensure transparency, fairness, and high scientific standards.

① Two-Phase Review
Each manuscript undergoes two sequential review phases to ensure compliance, originality, and scientific quality.

📋 Phase 1 – Desk Evaluation
Manuscripts are screened for topic relevance, formatting compliance, similarity index, and AI-generated content using Turnitin.
Submissions with similarity above 20% or AI-generated probability exceeding 50% will be rejected.

👨‍⚖️ Phase 2 – Peer Review
Qualified submissions are reviewed by at least two independent experts evaluating originality, methodology, contribution, and relevance.

② Decision Notification
Authors will receive official notifications including desk evaluation and peer review outcomes on the scheduled date.

③ Revisions for Accepted Papers
Accepted papers must be revised according to reviewers’ comments and the conference template before the camera-ready deadline.

④ Final Submission & Publication
Final manuscripts will be prepared for publication. The Track Director may request minor adjustments prior to production.
