ICoDiT 2026 uses the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) as the official platform to support a secure, transparent, and efficient paper submission and peer-review process. Through this system, authors can submit and manage their manuscripts, while reviewers can access and evaluate assigned papers in accordance with high standards of academic quality and integrity.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
