Before submitting your manuscript to ICoDiT 2026, please ensure that it fully complies with the conference guidelines. All submitted manuscripts must adhere strictly to the following requirements to ensure quality, integrity, and consistency across all accepted papers.
Complete Paper
Only original and unpublished work may be submitted as a complete paper. All submissions must be written in English and carefully reviewed to ensure grammatical accuracy and correct spelling. Papers should address one or more conference topics and must clearly articulate the nature of their technical or scientific contribution, as well as the problems, domains, or environments to which the work applies.
Author Identity (Double-Blind)
All submissions will be reviewed using a double-blind review process. The identity of authors and referees will not be revealed to each other. To ensure blind reviewing, authors’ names and affiliations should not appear in the paper, and bibliographic references must be written in a way that preserves author anonymity.
Manuscript Format (IMRaD)
Prepare your manuscript using the IMRaD structure: Introduction, Method, Results, and Discussion. Each section should clearly reflect its respective part in the IMRaD format and be presented in a logical, coherent, and scientifically sound manner.
Page Limit
Submitted manuscripts must be 6–15 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references. Only manuscripts that comply with the specified page limit will be considered for review.
Relevance to Conference Theme
Ensure that your manuscript aligns with the conference theme and topics. All submissions must focus on the computer science domain. Papers that discuss IT merely as a tool in other fields will be rejected. Please refer to the Conference Scope of Topics for detailed information.
Generative AI Policy
The conference permits the use of generative AI tools only for limited manuscript preparation purposes, such as grammar correction and language paraphrasing. The overall AI-generated content detected in the manuscript must not exceed 50%. The use of AI to generate research data, references, figures, or images is strictly prohibited. Authors who utilize AI tools during manuscript preparation are required to disclose their use in a dedicated section entitled “AI Usage Declaration”, which must be included immediately before the reference list.
Similarity / Plagiarism Check
Please ensure that the similarity rating of your manuscript does not exceed 20%, excluding references and template headers/footers. If using Turnitin prior to submission, do not save the result to any repository to avoid faulty similarity detection.
References
Ensure your manuscript includes an adequate number of references from reputable sources such as journals, conference proceedings, books, or official datasets. At least 70% of references must be from the last five years.
