#Submission Guidelines

Before submission, ensure that you have read and understood the following checklist. These requirements are mandatory to maintain the quality, integrity, and fairness of the review process.

🧭 Topic Relevance
Ensure that your manuscript topic matches the official conference topics and tracks as outlined in the Scope of Topics section.

🕶️ Anonymous Manuscript
Your manuscript must be fully blinded from any data that might reveal the authors’ identity, including names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or self-referencing statements.

🖥️ Submission Platform
All manuscripts must be submitted via Microsoft’s Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) using the official submission link provided on the conference website.

👥 Author Information
All authors’ names, affiliations, and email addresses must be correctly entered in CMT. This information will not be visible to reviewers and will only be accessed by the Track Director.

🔍 Blind Review Process
To ensure transparency, accountability, and high scientific standards, ICoDiT 2026 applies a rigorous double-blind review process. Each submission is evaluated through structured stages as described below.

â‘  Two-Phase Review
Each manuscript undergoes two sequential review phases to ensure compliance, originality, and scientific quality before final acceptance.

📋 Phase 1 – Desk Evaluation
Manuscripts are screened for topic relevance, formatting compliance, similarity index, and AI-generated content using Turnitin. Submissions with similarity above 20% or AI-generated probability exceeding 50% will be rejected without proceeding to peer review.

👨‍⚖️ Phase 2 – Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the desk evaluation are reviewed by at least two independent experts. Reviewers assess the originality, methodological rigor, scientific contribution, and relevance of the paper.

📢 Decision Notification
All authors will be informed of the review results on the scheduled notification date, including outcomes of the desk evaluation and peer review stages.

✏️ Revisions for Accepted Papers
Accepted manuscripts must be revised according to the conference template and reviewers’ comments. Failure to submit the revised version before the deadline may result in withdrawal of acceptance.

📦 Final Submission & Publication Preparation
After final submission, manuscripts will be prepared for publication. The Track Director may contact authors for minor adjustments before final editing and production.
