ICCSCI 2023 Conference Theme:

The scope of ICCSCI 2023 is the theory, application, and experiment on computer science and its supporting fields. The theme of ICCSCI 2023 is “Empowering Smart Technology in Digital Era for Industry and Society”. Any works presented in ICCSCI must conform to the scope of the conference, while conformity with the conference’s theme means that the work has higher priority for acceptance.
The scope of ICCSCI 2023 can be further detailed in several tracks. Each track has its own specialization over the conference’s scope. The tracks are as follows.
1. Intelligent System and Machine Vision (ISMV)
This track focuses to automate inspection, recognition, identification and analysis in image and video processing. Machine (computer) vision is a technical capability that is integrated with existing technologies in new ways and applies it with the aim to solve real-world problems. The track accept works on these topics (but not limited to):
- Model and algorithm of information extraction from image data.
- Acquiring, identifying, classifying digital images.
- Simulation of human visual system.
- Context extraction and understanding in image data.
2. Software Engineering, Information Security, and Networks (SEIN)
This track focuses on the application and theory of software engineering process, and the application, analysis, and experiment on computer network, information and network security. The track accept works on these topics (but not limited to):

This track focuses on Big Data applications and theory, and on the general application of information technology. This track accept works on these topics (but not limited to):

4. Internet of Things and Robotics (IOTR)
This track focuses the application, development, and experiment of Internet of Things Technology, Cloud Computing, Fog Computing. This track also focuses on the application and theory of robotics, which includes navigation, locomotion, and sensing aspect of robotics. This track accept works on these topics (but not limited to):

6. Computational Linguistic and Audio Processing (CLAP)
This track focuses on the development of algorithms and models for text mining, information retrieval, machine translation from text data or audio data. This track accept works on these topics (but not limited to):

- Information retrieval from text data

This track focuses on any mathematical or statistical theory and model that can be used as a foundation for improvement in computer science. The track emphasis on the usage for computer science, not the usage of computer science in mathematics or statistics. This track accept works on these topics (but not limited to):
