I. Technical Marketing Support Division

I.1.  Job Title    : System Analyst

Report to       : Industry Specialist Team Leader

Job Description

Creating design system of  GIS Solution for specific compatible module.

Responsibilities:

Building relationship with third party and responsible for efficient and effectiveness of solution

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, GPA  min. 3
• Minimum 2 years experiences in JAVA , VB.NET , WEB programming
• Have a good knowledge  of  database
• Have a good knowledge on GIS functionality
• Have a good analytical skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Able to work as team
• Self motivated and proactive
• Have a good personal attitude

I.2.  Job Title      : Software Engineer

Job Description

Developing applications based on a design that was created by the System Analyst

Effectiveness and efficiency of  technology used

II.        Technical Consultant Division

II.1. Job Title      :  Software Engineer

Report to       : Technical Consultant Manager

Job Description

Involved in project member developer, training, technical support, setup and configure system and pre sales activity that assigned.

Responsibilities:

Provide suggestion and solution for customer problem. Responsible for implementing and developing a system according to the requirement

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Bachelor’s in computer science, GPA  min. 3
• Minimum 2 years experiences with GIS Developer
• Have a good knowledge  of  database,  GIS
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming is a plus
• Have a good analytical skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skill

III.        Trainining Division

III.1. Job Title         : GIS Instructor

Job Description

Deliver training courses based on Esri Indonesia curriculum. If needed, prepare demo/sample/application related  to client’s industry/needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training courses based on Esri Indonesia curriculum
• Update knowledge of Esri Technology continuously and other technologies releated to Esri technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s  or Master’s in geosciences, biological science, computer science, education, or related fields
• Ability to teach or explain complex concepts and task in understandable term.
• Superior initiative and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to develop productive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Understanding of GIS and Remote Sensing
• Working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Server software
• Experience with classroom facilitation techniques
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming is a plus

 IV.        Business Development staff

Report to : BD Manager

Job Description

The BD Staff will promote sales of software and services, prepare quotation, negotiate, Help Finance in invoicing and maintain relationships with customer

Job Requirements:

• Must have proven track record and significant achievements as Sales Personel in reputable companies (candidates from IT/software development companies would be strongly preferred).
• Excellent communicator, networker, negotiator, with great interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of IT especially GIS.
• Self-motivated, creative, confident, dedicated, and have a pleasing and winning personality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 (one) years experience as sales in similar industry.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering from highly reputable universities.
• Computer and internet literate.
• Fluency in English is an absolute must.

• Familiarity with fast-paced and very dynamic working environment of an IT company.
