DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYEE ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR PT. MITRA TELEINFORMATIKA PERKASA

PT MitraTeleinformatika Perkasa is a leading consultancy and integrator of Enterprise Storage, Business Continuity Solutions, and Corporate System Solutions. As the business process need correlation between each one or more division, the company needs a system which can help the schedule management for each employee, to make it more efficient in arrange the schedule, also control employees’ working process to make sure the efficiency in work of each employee. The system proposed here is a web application which can easily use and accessed from any device with web browser. This application which consist scheduling, reporting, also human resource module which has relation with the scheduling process, will enable each employee to input their daily working schedules. The schedule can be seen by supervisors and other division which has correlation to the division. The system is developed using extreme programming methodology. After the implementation, this scheduling system has proofed that it make the working process between each employee become much easier and more efficient.
