DEVELOPMENT OF TANDA TERIMA REPAIR CENTER (TTRC) WEB-BASED APPLICATION AT PT IBM INDONESIA

The goal of this internship is to replace the desktop-based TTRC system at PT IBM Indonesia’s repair center with a new web-based system that is more capable and easier to develop in the future. The software development methodologies used is XP Programming. The design phase consists of system design using DFD, ERD, and UI design. Development phase consists HTML, PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL. The result of the internship is a new web-based TTRC system that can be accessed via a web browser using intranet only. The conclusion that can be drawn from this thesis is that the new TTRC web-based system has the functionalities from the previous system that the users want as well as new features that help users in their daily activities.
