The goal of research is to design an e-learning basic mathematics which based on multimedia content. The research method is a method of analysis that includes interviews, surveys and literature, then continued with the design of the analytical results. Then do the creation of websites by way of coding and tested until the desired results then be repaired periodically. The result achieved is a web based e-learning that provide learning basic math that can be accessed anywhere users, and is designed to have features multimedia-based content that is useful to allow users to perform learning. The Result that can be taken is an e-learning basic math with multimedia content and flash animation can provide convenience user to better understand basic math.
