The international seminar “Distributed Intelligence for Programmable Matter” took place on February 17, 2025, at BINUS Anggrek Campus, featuring Prof. Julien Bourgeois from the University of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (UBFC), France, as the keynote speaker. The seminar attracted BINUS students interested in advancements in distributed intelligence and its applications in programmable matter.

Prof. Bourgeois delivered an engaging session on the role of distributed intelligence in shaping next-generation smart materials and systems. He discussed self-organizing networks, swarm intelligence, and their applications in robotics, nanotechnology, and adaptive computing.
