Who are we?

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of PT IBM Indonesia, in short also known as IBM-JTI. We were founded in 2003 for supporting IBM in providing skilled resources to install–move-add–change (IMAC), and to perform other activities that relates to `after sales support` for IBM products in Indonesia.

What are we looking for Kerja Praktek (KP) Program?

Business Analyst (1 position)

Internship Challenge Description:

  • intern is going to analyze business process in one of our unit that is called Repair Center.
  • intern is challenged to give suggestions in business process re engineering including application (if needed)
  • at the end of internship program, intern should submit application documentation as internship program output.

Requirements:

  • study major in Business Management/ Computer Science/ Information System
  • familiar with Ms. Office esp. Ms. Visio
  • passionate to work in detail tasks

 

Mobile Apps Developer (1 position)

Internship Challenge Description:

  • intern is challenged to create custom mobile application.
  • at the end of internship program, intern should finish the project given with presentation and application test to mentor in PT Jasa Teknologi Informasi IBM.

Requirements:

  • study major in Computer Science esp. Mobile Application & Technology
  • have “can do “ attitude to finish project professionally
  • innovative/ creative

 

HR (1 position)

Internship Challenge Description:

  • intern is going to have employee – facing experiences as HR Call Center.
  • Intern will be challenged to support 2 main projects:

– documentation project in claim administration unit
– company website improvement

  • intern will have knowledge and on hands practice in recruitment, employee communication, and payroll stuffs.

Requirements:

  • study major in Psychology/ Business Management/ Information System
  • passionate to deal with labor relation issues, and knowing more about Human Resources Management
