EDUCATION GAME APPLICATION “INDRAWNESIA” ON ANDROID PLATFORM USING UNITY

Information technology has developed so fast in the recent years. One of the results from the development of information technology is the rapid growing of games especially in mobile field. Games not only can be used for entertaining user but it also can be used as a learning tool for children. Introducing children to the kind of animals that exist around them can be said to be important, because it is the first step to make the children know about the various things around them, especially introducing Indonesian fauna to children. As a result the purpose of designing this game is to provide a new variation of learning methods for children with embedded features like drawing and description. The method used in developing this application is Extreme Programming (XP) method. The result is children would understand the education material about fauna better with this game. In conclusion, “Indrawnesia” gives the user a new learning method with an entertaining game play and attractive object among the game.
