Requirement no.1 is a must-have. Serious applicants should make a portfolio and send it to us along with the job application (Application letter + CV). What we expect from a portfolio is not how capable you are to make complex or big software. What we really expect and check are as follows:
Applicant’s basic ability in IT and programming as described above.
Honesty (Really guys, please don’t send us other’s work, just your own work. Those days in uni are long gone. Again, we don’t judge your expertise by using your portfolio. We include this as our expectations because we had received a number of plagiarised portfolios. We just want to see whether you can program and you have good habits/style in programming that suit our needs).
If we call you for interview, expect to have some logic/problem solving tests which are related to programming. For the applicants, please send your application and portfolio to: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
